i would guess mirage.
the lower end campy levers (like these) have plastic finger levers (instead of alloy) and the shift mechanism rotates on a bushing (instead of a bearing). They are still good levers, but due to their age they may need disassembled, cleaned, and lubricated. If this isn't done, they can get so stiff that you will break the finger lever.
Don't let the above paragraph scare you. If they seem to click fine when they arrive they may not need any work. If they feel stiff or gummed up the rebuild process is simple. If you don't want to tackle it, I would offer to do it for you.
