I hope the OP doesn't mind. Earlier this year I restored a 1972 Raleigh Super Course for my kid brother. Once stripped of all paint I was shocked at how bad the brazing and finishing was. I spent a few afternoons filing and sanding the lugs and frame just to get it ready for paint. The brazing and finish on these lugs is inexcusable.
