1) Caveat Emptor- Let the buyer beware. It was your responsibility to check carefully BEFORE buying the bike. 2) The shop is closing? Why ever would they take it back, you bought it - your problem. 3) This is not just a paint issue, it is a structural issue,if not now then in the future.
