I will post this great idea.

I have Gore, Giordana gloves. Temps' at/below 35 with some wind and you need more.
I buy a box of surgical latex gloves at the drugstore and wear a pair under your gloves. I also have some wool gloves that I am able to wear over my Giordana's.

Works great.
