I recently purchased a flat bar road bike with Kenda Contender tires(25mm). They are very quiet and smooth riding. I was looking for a tire with these traits that will have better durability. I've been using GP4000s on my other bike and although they're a great tire, they do generate some road buzz, which I don't know if that contributes to tingling fingers or not, but probably doesn't help. I just want this bike to be as stealthy as possible without worrying about flats.
