BionX had me thinking they were going to fix the battery I sent them, via my bike shop. Never did they warn me:

They NOW conclude it is out of warranty.
It costs about $80 to ship the impaired battery back to me. (My bike shop is horrified and in shock at this "customer service". I am, too!)
If I want a refurbished battery, they will sell one to my dealer wholesale for $200. Not to me. It is then up to the dealer what level of markup to apply.

Worse, the contact person contradicted himself, telling me I was recharging it correctly, but later telling the shop I wasn't. Also, he knew it had less than 30 recharges on it, yet told the shop it had been heavily used.
