Second, your numbers don't add up. 25.5 cm - 170 mm = 8.5 cm. If your crank has a radius about they center of the eye of 7.8 cm or so, you can come up with the 9.3 mm from the floor to the crank. I'm guessing the actual radius is about 6 cm less than that.
