Glad to see some useful replies in here! Airzoundz has definitely saved me from being hit a number times, I have them mounted on both my commuter and my touring rig. That said, I've has at least two of them die on me over the years, both from the small hose on it failing. Once it got brittle from being out in the sun too much I think, the other time the hose came out from where it enters into the horn itself. I wasn't able to repair the latter, but you might check if that is the case, it may be repairable with some sort of glue.
FWIW, they seem a little frail to me, but even if it were only to last a year, it'd be totally worth it for what it does. That said, I wish someone would come up with a copy of it that is a little more durable and advertise it as such. I'd be willing to pay a bit more for one that was going to last longer.
