Well an apt description for this one would have been "lots of scratches on seat tube and dent in the top tube". I'm OK with the scratches and scrapes on the bike. I expect them, they were disclosed and you can see them in the pictures. However, I feel he was hiding the fact there was a dent in the top tube. The message I received a short while ago indicated that he 'does not recall there being any dent on the top tube'...
