LOL Everlasting components on a "disposable" frame. Some people regard the carbon frames that are often fitted with DA components somewhat disposable. The components dont need to be fidgetted with.. they just need to be transferred over to another bike.
No, no, no. The frame is the most important piece of the bike! And, for the price of a top notch DA equipped bike (same price as a new 1000cc race motorcycle) you should expect everything to last forever unless wrecked or stolen.
We pay the overpriced stuff because we like it, we can, we want... or we sick. And when those DA bits have a couple of years of use we just think it all of a sudden became trash because the new model is coloured yellow or something...
