I need to greatly increase my 60 second power output in the next few months. Not sure which workout program or distances would be best for that, or how many sets of intervals I should do.
I still find it hard to believe that untrained females have a higher power to weight ratio than I do. By untrained females, the chart must mean high school varsity athletes from sports other than cycling.
Am I the only one that sees the humor in that statement ? probably...
