What kind of computer are you using? Most computers running a
Microsoft operating system will have the free Windows Movie Maker
software. This is what I use to edit all of my videos.

If you plan to mount your camera on your helmet try using the
stick-on mounts if there is a good place to put them on, don't forget
to use the safety leash in case the cam gets hit by a branch. Otherwise,
get the head strap. You have the option of using it on your head or
helmet.

This is what I did w/ the headstrap that came with my GoPro,
I maxed out the adjustments and slid it on my bike helmet.

This is my last riding video edited with Windows Live Movie Maker.
I shot it with a FUJIFILM XP50 pocket camera and a ContourGPS sportscam.
