I ride a 62cm road bike, but the 60cm LHT is plenty long for me. I could probably even go a size smaller.
There is a spreadsheet on the web where people entered their heights and their LHT frame size and their comments about fit. Based on that, I tested and purchased a smaller size than I originally thought I would get.
