I don't think so. I'm pretty sure the Airzoundz is louder. Sometimes I think the cars that I have to unleash it on are under the impression that a large truck is coming at them from somewhere.

Assuming you were being serious, the weight penalty of any battery that would drive a car horn would be prohibitive.
