There's a few options that I can think of.

1. lock the bike somewhere safer that's within walking distance
2. use a bike that's "disposable"
3. explain your concerns to your boss/HR and ask what could be done
4. Offer to anchor the rack yourself
5. Offer to purchase and install your own (small) locking post or anchor
