I was driving under the speed limit, and stopped the car as much as was possible before striking the other vehicle. My reaction was also in time with her inaction. The only way to be more defensive in that situation would have been to be a pedestrian.

Unless you would like to crunch the numbers I provided to tell me it was physically possible to stop my vehicle in order to prevent the accident, I was not at fault.

My fault in that situation was 0%, unless the is some magical % of fault for simply being on the road in the first place. You are right, there is no need for quibbling, because as I originally stated, you are wrong.
