Sounds like you pretty much have it covered, don't it?

And for good measure, a little extra grease and Nm on the left taper

Oh, and grease all the threads and the cartridge/left cup interface, of course.

If you really wanted to go the whole hog, you could face the right side of the BB shell, but that's getting fancy... prolly only bother if you were chasing down a creak.

Bonus tip: you can make thread chasers out of old cups by cutting slots in them with a dremel.
