Try reading the regulations again. The *only* stricture on headlight use is to avoid significantly impeding the vision of oncoming motorists. That is not consistent with your argument. And, if you read both UN and federal regulations regarding vehicle lighting systems, you will find that you are trying to combine two different forms of lighting: illumination (for driving) and conspicuity (for being seen). There are different regulations for each, and the regulations for headlamps are in the former category, not the latter.

But, judging by your previous responses, you're one of those guys who, when caught out in a ridiculous position, will hammer and haw and generally spread the BS to avoid admitting being hopelessly ferblungit.

Which is why we won't agree to disagree; that approach can only apply to differing opinions which have relatively equal odds of being right, and for which there is no conclusive evidence. This doesn't fit into that category. You're just wrong.
