Wow, I love what you've done with this! Looks great. And I have to humbly disagree with Frantik on the color choice, I very much prefer the new color over the original teal, especially with the black and white accents.

Now about switching to single speed.... hmmm, I don't know, I guess that depends how you plan to use it. Should make a nice runabout in town. I look forward to pic's of the completed bike.
