My Rockhopper has bb 7's.
Ive thought about upgrading to bb7's. Think that is worthwhile?
these 2 statements are contradictory.. combined
BB5 Pad is a bit different, BB7 shares the pad with the Juicy line.
Inside pad adjustment is the same as BB5
adjustment Knob is used on the outside, instead of the barrel adjustment, on the BB5.
There are no other cable adjusters on the 7 caliper.
so if using the road type, you need , perhaps another adjustment, inline..
or just cope with cable adjustment at the mounting bolt on the actuating arm.
MTB brake lever will have barrel adjusters as would a road bar set up,
with interruptor cross top mount levers, having a place for an adjuster.
