Those look like lugs to me and unless that is the stealth 105 with ultegra finish and decals, that's ultegra, even the crank which they usually cheap out on.

The MASI definitely looks nicer, but the new motos in the first post are probably stiffer and lighter. It depends what you want. If I want performance I want a sloping top tube because the frame is stiffer and lighter and I ride a big frame so the difference is tangible.
