It's for the MUP users. Cyclist who habitually use MUPs and trails for their primary riding are NOT road cyclists. Out of the hundreds of cyclists I know, I can't think of a single one who frequents the MUP/trail. And there is a 50 mile trail not far from me.

So if you are going to whine and cry about some ****** wearing headphones and singing while riding with one hand on the bars and looking backwards for their kid who runs into you on the MUP. Post it in the other section.
