if you are keen, once again, close ups of lugs and frame details as well as the serial number would go a long way to ID'ing the frame if you really want to get to the bottom of it. I know you mentioned parts of the serial number, but if I don't think anyone has the patience to try and decode those posts into a complete serial number.
Also I would sell frame and fork separate and make sure you don't sell them with the headset pieces!
