That looks better... would be nice if the company made it a point to clear the rack as well as the walkways. Sad that it sometimes has to work this way but the next time this happens I will ride over and complain about the rack not being clear and make it a customer complaint which usually gets more attention.

Same thing happened at the mall when they were playing Christmas music at high db... the staff at several shops said that they would not turn it down when they asked but I complained for a week and sent them e-mails and now... the volume has been turned down to a reasonable level.

For those who ask about parking outside when there is an indoor option... unless your bike will be in a warm enough place to thaw and dry out through the day it is better to keep it cold lest that melted water finds it's way into places you don't want it to go.
