Bikes: 2011 Cannondale Synapse , M300 and Specialized Stumpjumper

Goals:
1. 5000 miles or at least beat 2012 total
2. Get my wife to ride at least 1000 miles with me
3. Stay healthy (probably should be number 1 after 7 back operations)
