Not a lot of vintage Raleighs here for some reason, but UO-8s sit on CL all winter at $200-250, down around $100-150 they move - don't show up on CL again. I'd peg your Raleigh a bit higher for the alloy crank and being so nice and clean and tuned etc, partly offset by the turkey levers. Come spring, those UO-8s are getting $150+. So say $150-200 for your bike at the right season. I know a freshly cleaned, tuned, overhauled bike should get a premium over one that is merely rideable, but I'm not sure how much they get. Maybe they just sell faster.
