Passed 183rd this morning...still not completed. The section of the trail further south getting some new asphalt has yet to be completed, as well. I saw some LACPW employees standing around, kicking rocks and playing with some of the lizards, or at least, I thought so. They must have been there for something, obviously not to finish the project. I predict that the construction will be completed sometime next year...
