Bikes: BMC Pro Machine SLC01, Specialized Globe, Burley Rock 'N Roll tandem, Calfee Dragonfly tandem.

The more available, the more chances that one will be offered, or modified, to shift a triple FD. Electronic shifting is especially advantageous for a tandem, but it is the double that is the trouble.
