As somebody said above, cycling can be like a fountain of youth.
The British Journal of Medicine just published an article looking at different forms of exercise and increase in longevity associated with them.
Cycling and rowing were the two best. The advantage required 1.5 hrs of exercise per week. Hell most of us here average that a day.
