Sweet! I've got and old Raleigh I'd like to convert. Still trying to find the system I want to put on. I don't think I'll go with Bionx, but it is temping from the pics you have. Would be interested in updates as your experience with the bike progresses. I see a ton of box store bikes being converted when you could easily get a classic bike for cheap and do a conversion. Kudos on the build!
