Thanks for the tip! I'll keep it in mind when I install the shifters on a different bike. It turns out the "not in stock until Jan 13" shifters shipped today!

(Any ideas on how much it should cost to have them installed? I bet I can take the old ones off safely, but am not quite ready to try installing new ones.)
