Personal warmup...2:24...avg HR 122
Tape warmup plus body of tape...44:42...139
Personal cool down...2:00...137
Tempo ride to get to 22 miles...24:52...137

Big blizzard coming so indoors for both running and biking for awhile!
Good to see you again Jim. Yep, we're gonna be inside for the next few days at least.
Our Tuesday session was done in the absence of Coach Dusty and we were looking for a bit of a change of pace and I don't think any of us were in the mood for an all out effort. We opted to ride for an hour at "moderate" pace with 30 seconds of ILT, fast spin and "hard as hell" done at three minute intervals throughout.

The powermeter told me I was still fatigued tonight but I did make 350-400w for the 30 second "hard as hell" intervals. And my average power was okay but not up to what I did in sessions one and two. It was productive, I'm sure.

Coach will still not be back for our Thursday session. Here we're discussing what kind of training program to do in his absence.
