Local in the Richmond area, I've gotten powder coat jobs from $125-200 from Hanover Powder Coating that I really love and will continue to use the guys. (Includes blasting the frame.) For paint, we've got Bing Bicycle Company, the local custom builder, who I believe just charged Poguemahone $300.00 for a repaint of an upscale frame of his (can't remember which one). I'm meeting him later this month regarding that '68 PX-10 contract I've taken on.
