those percentages aren't going to change much no matter how cheap flashlights are at costco.
At the risk of being accused of attempting hijacking, I have a question for you. I am just starting to ride a bicycle. I have (will have December 25) a brand new hybrid/comfort type bicycle and don't have a light on it yet. It is not my intention to ride a lot on the roads or in the dark. But we all know where the pavement of good intentions terminates, so I will probably be obtaining some lighting equipment. It would be helpful to me if you could assign some lighting strength, in lumens, to the categories you mention. I guess I am really interested in the 30% that will run "adequate commuter strength lights." I really don't want to be mistaken for a landing field though I do have a fondness for flashlights and the brighter the better. Thank you.
