I saw it yesterday. It doesn't look like it's changed much in the last two weeks. They've got some boards going up to shape where they'll put the concrete/pavement. Perhaps they're waiting on some aggregate from the crumbling fiscal cliff or were waiting to see if the Mayans were right, first?
