Oh, means Read The Fricking Manual... A lot of people mess it up by not letting the glue dry all the way, or not having glue over the ENTIRE area the patch will cover. I doubt that any of us could wait so long that the glue would "overdry". It's actually rubber cement in the kit, and it only works right when 2 surfaces with totally dry cement come into contact. The patch has a coating already on it, it's exposed when you take the foil/paper backing off the patch.

Glueless patches are a TOTALLY different animal, and I've heard mixed reviews
