Bikes: Custom Winter, Challenge Seiran SL, Fuji Team Pro, Cattrike Road/Velokit, РOS hybrid

Ride the trainer the same way you'd ride the bike on the road. Except maybe harder since you don't have to hold anything back just in case something goes wrong. You won't hurt your bike.
