Nice. That is indeed an unfortunate "paint" job. Not to derail the thread but, how does one go about removing powder coat? That's a good candidate for some wet paint.
Also, did Nisi make clincher rims? When I think of Nisi, I think of tubulars.
Though I've not tried it, I've read that warm weather + aircraft stripper + power washing does it - but several applications may be required to get the paint out of the nooks.
