The Wife and I hit the Cross Seminole Trail today. We live outside of Oviedo, and rode into town to pick it up. It drizzled while we waited at a long light. We kept on going, and about 3 miles up the trail it started to rain. A quick break for water and we headed out into the fray....

Another few miles down is a bridge over a local road. I was feeling poorly, but rode up it anyway. Bad move: Triggered an ashtma attack...which stopped me on the bridge as the bottom fell out of the sky....;>! So we headed towards home....but changed our minds a mile later and turned back to our original end goal.

We made our goal, and actually added a couple of miles because of turning back and forth. From pouring rain, to breaking sunlight...it was all awesome! Most of the day we had the whole trail to ourselves. At home, the bikes enjoyed all the attention I gave them as I cleaned them up and waxed them out to take care of them after their day of fun in the rain....
