He was in fact a track rider if I recall. Although your frame in question looks like Ron's seat stays and lug work in one of those pics, he did not use clubs exclusively. He did produce forks with card shapes (see my comments earlier in this thread). That looks like a Colnago to me and would eat my hat if it weren't--that's not Ron's work.
