Do you really think even that will do? There will still be those that deny it. The video was fake, that wasn't EPO it was a vitamin shot (Hmm B12 comes to mind).
Of course the other side is just as true. You could have had him pissing and having blood drawn every day for a year and some would claim he just had a way to beat the test. Follow him with a camera like on the reallity shows and if you made an exception so he could go the the bathroom or be with his girlfriend alone or have any second of privacy and some would claim that is when he was doping.
My opinion is that he was using. Actually I'm 99 46/100 % sure that he did use something that violates the letter of the UCI rules. (That does not mean EPO, just something performance enhancing, which is enough by the letter of the law even if not listed specifically).
But does it really matter to me? No because I think this means he was simply leveling the playing field, sad as that is.
