I had such a horriable experiance with The Bike Source that every time I see someone in thier Jersey I have a knee jerk reaction of "look at that *******!" (even though I know it has nothing to do with them). Let just say that I'd steer clear of them.
Now The Bicycle Pedal'r on the other hand has been great to me. Smaller shop, friendlier and they don't talk down to you. They are also cheaper then then The Bike Source. Oddly enough they are within a block of The Bike Source. When I asked the manager Adam how they stay in business his response was "Well we get all the pissed of customers from them."
