My point being about the Vuelta and the Giro is of course the same riders on the same drugs win those races as well, but you don't see the Spanish or Italian media going after one individual. If L'Rag's story had of been about the entire '99 peleton including LA, I wouldn't have so much of an issue with it.

The 98 World Cup and 2000 European Championship winning French side was composed more of players not really French than guys born on the continent. Half of that side was born in some territory of France. Although Zidane was born in France, I believe, he's Algerian. That must sit well with them.

Don't even bring up WWI or II. This is a cycling issue. Not a war issue. If it was, (those who can't be bashed) would have given up a long time ago.
