A 2mm bottom bracket spacer would probably allow you to do that. A BB spacer is inexpensive and easy to install. But first You should check to see that the bottom bracket was installed with enough torque. A slightly loose BB can cause your problem.

or run the big ring, and a larger cog, which is likely the same ratio anyways, and easier on the whole drive train.
