Is upgrading a chain going to make a noticeable difference? I have the cheapest kmc chain right now, its on a sugino gigas and messenger set up. Should I go with a izumi eco track chain or is there something better for around that price ($20).

Edit: If it is going to make a big difference I have no problem buying a more expensive one if it is going to be worth the money.
