The only "negative" to a Campy Super Record Ti crank is the "standard" and the "compact" are not a chain ring swap, you need to completely change out your crank.

~$500-$1100 part... depending if you pay the "list price". (or whatever the list price of a campy SR Ti crank is....)

For me.... looking at Campy Super Record Ti 11 stuff versus Dura-Ace or SRAM Red.... is "prettiness". the Campy stuff is really really pretty. (in a manly sort of way)

SRAM has a "solid" one-piece build in their RED line.

Dura-Ace...looks...."sand forged" and not in a good way. The swoopy lines of the crank may be efficient, butt it isn't pretty.

Campy's Titanium/carbon crank with hollow shaft are incredibly beautiful.

In comparison... Dura-Ace is like a 747... super reliable and awesome... but Campy Super Record is the 787... everything done beautiful from mixing Carbon and Titanium... without all those other metals.
