I'm sure U.S. consumers can get one from a German online retailer. It never really had the availability required to make a dent in the U.S. market. I suspect the more lumens = better crowd are not really interested in a light like this even though it's probably more useful for road use than a lot of the symmetric beams that people end up with instead.
