I did a couple of long rides but I mostly did a lot of interval style riding this year, so the mileage wasn't to high.
Sprint an 1/8 of a mile, or a 1/4 mile and coast easy for awhile, then sprint again, coast again. Sometimes did hills the same way. So the miles weren't impressive, but the workouts were quick, my lungs and heart rate were up nicely, weight was down and my legs blew up like a pro sprinters.
