talking about rund the island, i think taiwan could be a very nice cycling holday destination. kind of like teneriffe is a training island, i don't see why not here.
From what we saw and what we've been told, the east coast is excellent, especially if you can string together some routes up into the mountains. We have it on our "seriously consider returning" list after our relatively limited experience there.
West coast sucks, however, from what we were told.
