Yeah. Except for the roads around town, there's only one road and it loops around the southern part of the island...something like 40 miles. Totally flat and very little out there as others have mentioned. I haven't ridden it and have only driven part way around when there diving. Lots of traffic in town. Heading southwest out of town and around the bottom of the island there was very little traffic the times I was there. I imagine the part of the road heading southeast directly across the island is busier. It's certainly not a cycling "destination" per se.
